Bear market is a 20% drop which is territory we have reached, today was the biggest drop since the 80's.
Blah, blah, blah......so this country is going to elect Biden? Hell, he'll be lucky to survive that long.. LOL

NCAA just canceled 2020 outdoor track season.  All eligibility and scholarships extended.  Nobody knows how it will affect incoming Freshman scholarship opportunities.  Crazy days!!

And suddenly, it's  no longer a "bear market".....because, like I said above,  it never was.   The market, as it sits, defies prior definitions.  That's really not that hard to see.

I had to take a peak at Quest Diag stock(DGX) this afternoon during the presser. It spiked right about the time they announced that QD would be in on the ground floor of the testing.

Call me crazy. I just went from 70/30 (70 in cash and 30 in market) to 50/50 in the market. Will markets continue to drop? Prolly. Will they eventually recover! Without a doubt.

It it drops another 10% I will push more money out. Sooner or later this thing will break and we will recover.

TSX, Toronto stock exchange 19.1% YTD, very similar to the Dow's 22ish.

Should we thank the Dems ?

Ha! I concur. When did we become "dem-only" or "repub-only"? Smells like pre-civil war/pre "American mentality" time. Corona kills... dems/repubs equally and also affects dem's/repub's stocks equally.
