Comments: Run with Danielle and (my) plan was to pace her to a new 5k PR. We had negative splits the whole way and in the last half mile or so things were starting to hurt for her so I tried to keep the motivation up. Finished strong and CRUSHED her old PR! What would you do differently?: Nothing  Post race
