10 miles run

Nice hilly route, nothing out of control, just enough to know it was there.

Everyone be safe out there, it's been fun sharing the year with you all...

I did my 18.2 mile outdoor ride today so that I could test out the blue dotted S-works McLaren Helmet that I got for Christmas.

It was 48 deg F and sunny but there was lots of wind.  The outbound section of the ride into the wind I averaged 19 MPH and coming back with the wind at my back averaged 24 MPH.   

I did a 20 minute recovery run when I got back to the house.  I was in Wyoming at an elevation over 7,000' asl with temperatures around 7 deg F all last weeks so being back in Oklahoma today after a week of outdoor runs on vacation felt tropical.

Below is the first look at the new helmet.
