First of all, NO. I can't do those damn things.

I am adding yesterday nights swim work out to this morning. Have been hesitant to run on knee this week, sucks but Ill get some miles on it tomorrow.

1350m in the pool. I do remember that I am slow...hahahaha But it was great to be in the water. Our swim team exits the pool at 7:30pm after which nobody is there. Just me splashing away in the lanes.

I will get on the bike for a spin session later on today.

Make today great!

I got an hour in on the bike trainer this morning and a 30-minute recovery run in over the lunch break.

I tried a flip turn a few times and always ended up with water up my nose. It’s a no for me dawg.

4.3 mile run preceded by a few sets of deadlifts and TRX rowing exercises. I slacked off on strength training at the middle of 2019. Gotta keep it mixed in.

60 minutes on the trainer this evening, trying to catch Parkland with the night time stuff.

Knee is being stupid.

10 mile run tomorrow.

To keep water out of the nose on flip turns (or backstroke starts...) you just need to slowly exhale through your nose while you are flipping. If you exhale too fast, you will run out of air before you are done and water will get up your nose, you'll panic, and since you are out of air, you will die. Well, it probably won't be that bad.

Back to topic, I didn't swim at all on Flip Turn Friday though that was my intention. It was nearly 50 degrees and the rain was holding out, so I got on the bike and put in a bit more than 15 miles before it looked like I was pushing my luck with the rain.

Steve, I’m not sure keeping up with my PM workouts is necessarily a good thing
