Nice...I missed two workouts two weeks ago which made for a light week then I had my rest/testing week last week. So with a light week followed by a light week I was ready to go into this week full steam ahead, but it looks like this is also a rest week (to recover from last week's Test weeks???). So I have a third week in a row of a light workload. Next, week is going to be a big build week though so I will use this week to gear up for what is coming.
