Got after it in Dallas this morning, treadmill looked like it had just come out of a shower...hahahaha.

Listening to a great new book and currently on a flight back to the mothership.

6 miles run

Hey hey!

Trainer Tuesday for me. Got in 50 minutes with 2x10’ sweet spot session with 5’ recovery between sets. Taking a lot more mental energy to stay in my sweet spot zone than it used to. Gotta get back into the groove.

Ha! And I was able to do an actual run, instead of treadmill/elliptical. My gym has a nice indoor running track, so I run on it for a good 40 minutes. Legs feel good!

Steve I swear you are my long lost twin some days.  My family are all in Dallas today for a doctor's appointment.  Since my family is gone I had extra animal chores to do this morning and opted to sleep in and do a threadmill run at lunch rather than get up an hour earlier to get in a run before starting animals chores.  

We got busy at work so I didn't get over to the treadmill at lunch and ended up doing a 4 mile run at home well after dark.  I got snow flurried on me towards the end of the run.  I grew up in the Rocky Mountains but don't see any type of snow much where I live now.

My family were at the Dallas Mavs game tonight.
