But he's not accounting for his misdeeds... should that leave everyone else off the hook forever? AG Barr shouldn't be involved. At the very least for optics. |

It’s now coming out that the head jurist in the Roger Stone case was a liberal activists and posted about Stone before they convicted. Another juror worked for Obama in some capacity. Then there is the Durham inventions into the FISA abuse. I’m no lawyer but I think he might have grounds for an appeal. Keep in mind he was being investigated for connections to the Clinton email hacking. Despite the pre-dawn SWAT raid on his home they found no evidence that he did anything wrong wrt the emails. So they nailed him on perjury and obstruction and witness tampering - even though the witness denies he was influenced by Stone. I said when I first saw this guy, this is no James Bond! This was more like the case of Who Framed Roger Rabbit? The 4 prosecutors resigned? Hmmm. And this before the Judge sentenced him? Resign over guidelines? Looks like they were making a political statement. Yet another black eye for DOJ He also might appeal under the “fruit from a poison tree” doctrine if Durham finds Mueller and the FBI broke the law initiating their investigation. Once again I think many in the media will have egg on their collective faces when all is said and done. |

However, draining the swamp is part of what he ran on, and it's a big reason he was elected. He is certainly exposing the underground filth of Washington. I think it's part of his strategy to let the opposition jump off a cliff whenever he does open his mouth (in a way I would rather he didn't). It's hard to argue with the results......he kicks their arse every. single. time. |

Except, ironically in light of your comment and, as we have seen, his words are not what has kept him out of trouble, the rule of law is. As I said, I wish he would shut up quite a bit....but the truth is that it's helped him because the opposition takes the bait every time. This is no different, he has broken no laws, nor has the AG. You don't "feel" that it's right, and I understand that......but feelings have no place with this administration.....and that's not necessarily a bad thing IMO. He has freedom of speech just like the rest of us. I think he like to stir things up like an Evirude in a sesspool. He has no filter between his head and his mouth. It’s what drives everyone (left and right) crazy. Obama weighed in on Trevon Martin, Ferguson and other cases. Trump has a big mouth and is not afraid to use it. I think reasonable people agree 9 years for a 67 yo would be excessive - Trump just said what most people think. |

He is a nut with a big mouth and that doesn’t warrant 40 months IMO. This is far from over. What I have learned is never talk to the FBI or Congress. I would simply use my second amendment right and shoot my way out ....uh....yeah, I mean my 5th amendment right. :-) |

The President has been acquitted......now finish it by tearing apart every aspect of this Democrat joke of a partisan attempt to remove the sitting President with ZERO evidence of any wrong doing.
