Subject: 02.14.2020 Valentines
Great morning everyone,

Nice easy 6 miles this morning. Cold and blustery here, well, cold for us anyways. Weekend has a long ride scheduled tomorrow and 13.1 Trail "race" on Sunday. I haven't paid to enter a 13.1 in a long, long time. It's at one of my favorite trails, should be a good time with friends.

Results from stress test came back with more "all clears" which is reassuring.

Off day for me today but looking forward to 5am rolling hills tomorrow already.

Good to hear the stress test results came back favorably. Good luck racing tomorrow.

35 minutes easy running this afternoon. Legs said they wanted to go faster, but I practiced restraint and kept them held back.
