I’ve signed up for silver membership but still can’t access the features. Anyone have any idea how long it takes before you can access it?

Hi Darren,

Sorry you're having difficulty.

I looked and you are registered as a Silver member.  Can you please go to the 'Training Plans' tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page, on the Training Plans page, set the 'Membership' drop-down to Silver.  That should show you all the current Silver plans available.  If you can't see those plans, please send me a private message and we'll get it sorted out.

Hi,

I’m having problems trying to renew my membership again, it’s saying my credit card details don’t match the billing address details.
Would you be able to point me in the right direction of who could help please?
