7.4 miles

Ran around town with a light drizzle the entire time. Hands were cold, otherwise it was a good run for a Sunday morning.

Very Enjoyable!

Also, I saw 4 other runners out today, which is not normal for the rural area that I live.

7 mile run this afternoon, it was 86 degrees. Felt really good and held a comfortable pace that was 10-15 seconds per mile faster than what i usually hold, which surprised me since it was so hot and humid. I'll take it!
