Sup,

6 miles of gorgeous Southern PA sun. I was overdressed for the conditions and died on the last 1.5 miles.

The good news, breakfast of champions...Wife and kids visited a local ice cream shop for my small ones birthday yesterday, they brought home ice cream cookies. I'll take choco chip with vanilla ice cream and a Left Hand Milk Stout!
