Ate a croissant with chocolate and drank a coffee at McDonald's

Ran with power and feel to make sure I was staying well within myself as it was hot and humid and I didn't want to blow up. Was sick the week before the race and I haven't been training for longer distances lately.

The heat and humidity and lack of training for longer distances

Event comments:

Fun race to see Budapest and it's architecture. On a personal level, I wasn't prepared for this heat and humidity and it was really tough at times.
