Comments: Did not do this Transition 1
Comments: No transition did not do swim Bike
Comments: Though this was my slowest effort, I still felt like I put in a good turn. Disappointed I wasn't able to get into the 19-20 mph effort. Felt so slow on hills until the end. I felt like I warmed up as the race went on. Would still have been good enough for almost a top 20 effort race day. Did drop my chain at points. What would you do differently?: Aero and lose weight to get faster. Transition 2
Comments: Took my time here, about 3.5 minutes b/c I was at my car. What would you do differently?: Didn't really need to go fast b/c it was virtual Run
Comments: Did not go as fast I would have liked given that I've been running so much, but I still thought it was good for the first time after not having run after biking since March. I was pretty tired and didn't have that live race mojo. What would you do differently?: Lose weight, race live. Post race
Warm down: Nothing here, just packed up, had a miller lite from the car and headed to the Wedge. Walked around briefly at the Asheville Pool Center What limited your ability to perform faster: Weight, not having live competition Event comments: I only did the bike and run of this race virtually, but it is usually a really great ace. iDaph is an incredibly good race organizer. Just drove up from Charlotte at around 4, parked and got on my bike and did my warmup. Had some shot bloks in the car. Night race solo. Really hoping it wasn't gonna rain.
Did the run course 5k but on the bike, had one ramp up.
