Swim
Comments: First time to do the swim in a pool. Had a little trouble passing people. Otherwiae it went OK. What would you do differently?: Nthing Transition 1
Comments: Long distance from pool to T1 area. Everything went OK once I got there. Did not put on helemet liner so helemet slipped on ride. Did get shoes strapped on completedly What would you do differently?: Put on helemet liner. Put shoes on more securely Bike
Comments: Legs felt tired from racing the day before senior games.Also found front brake rubbing. Adjusted brake, but damage to my leags was already done What would you do differently?: Not race the day before. MAke sure brakes are not rubbing before starting to ride Transition 2

Comments: Ran first part oK. Then leags just got tired. Also ran out out of energy. Had not eaten anything all day. Mistake on my part What would you do differently?: Eat enegy bars before and during race to keep up my energy for the run. Post race

Had competed in Senior games Cycling events on Saturday 5K TT, 10K TT and 20K Road Race. Legs were tired and little sore.
Just walked around and streached. Could not get inot Swim area
