Hi all...

I'm 53 and my last triathlon was IMCDA in 2010. It was never meant to be my last, but somehow it was. I've done a couple of marathons and relays over the years but I sorely miss multisport training.

This Saturday I'm getting back to what I love. My first tri since June of 2010. It's a sprint, and I can't wait.

I did IMCdA in 2009.  My last tri was a sprint in 2016.  I've swam this year.  I've biked this year.  I've "run" this year.  Still far off what I used to do but enjoying life and everything.
