First time I have ever felt really good getting out of the water

Rode course at 196 average watts. This was a little too much for my current fitness, but a good target for this distance.

I over-ate on the bike. I couldn't take any nutrition during the run and I was hurting by the 6th mile. I wasn't able to finish any of my gel or even one of my sports drink flasks. That was the end of me.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This was one of my best races up until the run. My running has been really bad lately, but I am happy with what I did here. I could have been looking at a 5:20 with a better run.
