Pre-race routine:

Got up, had breakfast, coffee, all the normal stuff.
Event warmup:

Did some running drills, stretched, had soem agtorade, and a gel

Comments:

Not my best 10k, but ok for only training less than a month. I ran really comfortably for teh first 3 miles, tamped it up the fourth and then really went at it the last two miles.
What would you do differently?:

My number one comment: I could have goine harder at the beginning, not a bunch, but at least 3-4 minutes faster overall.

Didn't die. After a 6 minute final mile, I about lost my shi!t right there.
