Matt, your closing in on that bench goal.

As for my progress, still coughing up crap, but got in some workouts this week. Pull ups, did 1 rep with 30 lbs. of assist. No maxing on any of my other lifts - just training.

Not a banner week for me.  Delayed going to lift til Wednesday, then blew off Friday.  Didn't lift before my ride on Sat so I chose not to and made Sunday a rest day.

 

So goal 3 times per week 8-12 lifts 2 sets 25 reps

Actual 1 time, 12 lifts 2 sets 25 reps

Pullups: 10 unassisted
handstand: 2 seconds +
Squats: 250 lb
Bench: 180 lb
Deadlift: 250 lb
Learn Olympic lifts: clean, jerk, snatch, etc
Hanging leg raises (to bar): 2
V-ups: 15

This week:

Pullups: 3 unassisted
handstand: nope
Squats: 180 lb
Bench: 155
Deadlift: Need to start this
Still need to learn O-lifts
Hanging leg raises: 5 assisted
V-ups: Still fall over doing these
