Run felt good - had lots of fun. Still dealing with a leg injury that preventing me from training a lot - but my times are slowly getting closer to where they need to be.......slowly......did I say slowly..... :)

Tulsa Run is a great event 8500 people.....very fun. It was a chilly start but once you got out in the sun and started running it felt great. Part of the course is uphill so it just looks like a river of people - then you get to the part of the course that is out and back so you get to cheer everyone along.
