Got up had a bagel, a cup or 2 of coffee.
Event warmup:

Wlaked over to the packet pick-up and then back over to the car to put the t-shirt up. It was a little bit of a walk so that was it for the warm up.

Nothing, waited a minute or 2 to see Jill finish and then we had some water I had a bagel and we waited to see if we maybe won a door prize which once again we did not.
