Comments: It was cold for us, but was great for running, and we had a good time. Only bananas and water, the Panera nearby was closed :-( What would you do differently?: Well, I am eager to try a 5K to hit 30 minutes or under right now... ![]() Post race
Warm down: Listened to DS whine some more. Not too much for a 5yr old who just ran 5K tho', piggy backed him to the car. What limited your ability to perform faster: Family time - wouldn't trade it for the world. And the crowds - especially the walkers. Last updated: 2006-11-23 12:00 AM

Wake up and get my two non-morning guys dressed and loaded in the car. Eat something on the way, find a parking place.
Walk about 3/4 mile to the start. Pee. Find a place in the crowds. (3500 +/- racers, and Orlando record). Listen to DS whine (he's 5). Look for my 2 girlfriends.
