Whole-Wheat Toast w/ olive oil. Gatorade around 8:00.
Event warmup:

Ran about 1/8 mile and had a Gu plus some Gatorade.

Good run. Didn't feel that great that morning but did surprisingly well. Ran with ipod, which I never do.

Feel better before race!

Warm down:

Ran back to meet wife and daughter also running in race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Sort of hit the wall at start of Mile 3 at the hill by Greenwich Acacemy.

Great race. Beautiful day. Short course.
