Subject: Next step is to TRI Hello
After several weeks of looking and reading I have decided to TRI. Over the past 9 months I have dropped 55 pounds and started running. It had been over 20 years since my last 5k but I completed 2 this last fall. I am starting to setup a training schedule that will take me from 5k's in early spring to a 15k in July and finish with a sprint Tri in September. Doing mostly indoor workouts during the week (to late to run outside after the kids go to bed ) but I do get out on Saturday mornings.
Thanks for helping me decide to tri and Ron the new look is great!
