Hello

After several weeks of looking and reading I have decided to TRI. Over the past 9 months I have dropped 55 pounds and started running. It had been over 20 years since my last 5k but I completed 2 this last fall. I am starting to setup a training schedule that will take me from 5k's in early spring to a 15k in July and finish with a sprint Tri in September. Doing mostly indoor workouts during the week (to late to run outside after the kids go to bed) but I do get out on Saturday mornings.

Thanks for helping me decide to tri and Ron the new look is great!

Kevin

Welcome Kevin. Great job on the weight - I've done a similar thing - just beginning with the tri training. Having the goal will pu7t some leggs under your new lifestyle. It is the attitude! As mentioned in my article - you belong with the eagles!

As much whinning as I do about the humidity in Louisiana, I went running in the neighborhood tonight at 10 pm and a nice 69 degrees. Really didn't really realize how fortunate that I was to have the training weather that I have.

Kevin keep up the good work and Congrats on the two 5ks you have completed.

Still Tri'n,
Michael
