Our tri club did an outdoor ride on the lake on trainers. Sorry I have yet to download the pictures. Will post pics soon. Likely the only winter bike I will do. |

My Saturday morning running group has an outdoor temperature cutoff of 0, it was 2 so we ran outdoors. It's amazing how a group committment can get you out the door and into the cold on days like this. (Actually I think it is the promise of coffee afterward!) Here are my totals for week 8.
