Welcome back!  My wife and have 4 and 2 year olds and just started getting into Triathlon's last summer (training actually, our first race is this March), but the kids get a kick out of watching us on the trainer, treadmill, pulling them in a doodlebug on the bikes or pushing them in a jogger.  Fun stuff!!!!
