Subject: RE: Strength Challenge - Week 16 Checkin

Thanks for posting and keeping it going. I have nothing to report for the last two weeks except a lessons learned.  All the while I was doing some lifting I was not seeing "results" but here in the last week I was noticing some "definition" in areas that have not shown it in eons or ever.  I know it is not based upon what I have done lately but the work put in over the weeks before.  I also realize that once I pick it up in the new year, I will probably not see the definintion in a couple of weeks - owing to the "time away" but if I persevere and not rely on the mirror it will all come back in the future.  Results can be funny that way we have to put in the work put in the work put in the work see some results, put in the work put in the work see some results put in the work put in the work see results put in the work see results.  I have to be long term thinking.  Well back at it.  Besides, my wife starting working out for the first time in years last week.  I should do it with her and make the 14ers in July go that much better.

Happy new year all!
