This is the race that started all the knee problems. :(

However, it did prove that I can go mainly in Zn. 3/4 for 4 miles, then kick it up the last mile. The last mile was 8:47.
What would you do differently?:

Not go as hard. Especially downhill in the last mile.

Walked around. BS'ed. Ate at Cafe Brazil with the BT gang.
