Comments: This was the first time trial I had ever done. I used it to roughly determine my lactate threshold heart rate. What would you do differently?: Warmup more. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: 35 lbs. too much ass. Not having done enough speed/LT work. Since this is my first year tri'ing I made the determination to build an aerobic base for a year before doing speed/LT work. Event comments: Well organized. The course is fast enough to be fun, but challenging enough to make you know you've done something when you're finished. Last updated: 2006-05-03 12:00 AM
