Ate Cliff bar, banana, and drank a GE
Event warmup:

Walked/jogged from the square to the Admiral Semmes. Did about 20 minutes of stretching.

I wanted to break 2:10 and my secret goal was to break 2:05. Did both of those so I was very happy. I did a good job of starting slow, and I had a good kick at the end
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, just need more training time

Great job ! Its great to hit the secret goal.

Curious as to how you managed your splits during the race. I tried starting slow once and had too much, the next time, started to fast and struggled with pain. Not sure what the balance is.
