Subject: Training Plan Question

I'm sure this has been asked a bajillion times but one more time!

I'm looking to upgrade to a gold membership from a non-paying one, yeah I know....about time. Anyway when I look for an Oly plan there are only a few that are gold and then some bronze, etc.. If I'm a gold member and get  a bronze plan will there still be the detail within the bronze plan that you would get with a gold plan? I'm confused how that works.

Also, like every other person out here my schedule is pure mania so I noticed that you can moved the bike portion (for example up or down a day) to suit your needs. My question is if there are 3 days of bike in a week can you move 2 of them and leave the 3rd?

Sorry to ask questions that I'm sure have been asked before but I like to try and be thorough. Feel free to just paste the link the to the previous answer....

Thanks.

Subject: RE: Training Plan Question

There are about 5 (6) plans at the Silver/Gold OLY level.  Make sure you are looking at all of them.  There is an 8 week, 2-12 weeks (RPE and HR versions), a Sprint-to-Oly Bridge and 2 Intermediate plans.

You don't get anything more from a bronze plan, just minutes-only still.  We do still give the higher memberships access-although in the future I may not even have them show up in the search for Gold Plans as it seems to be getting confusing.

As you move up from free to any other membership, you get a 'copy/move/delete' function over a single day or any date range to switch around planned and actual training to your needs-this works for training plans too.

When you 'import' a training plan into your 'planned training' log, you also have the options to 'stagger' it up or down a few days so that the SBR's can match up with your weekly schedule the best, allowing for minimal weekly modification-although you are going to have to study the 'calendar' view of the plan first and compare it to your optimal schedule.

Let me know if any other questions.
