Los Alamos, NM

My wife and I are doing the Los Alamos Triathlon on 08/21. It's her first ever, and my second for the season. It's a sprint with an unusual format: BIKE (12.4 miles,) SWIM (400 meters,) RUN (3.1 miles)

The Mrs. was supposed to do the Jay Benson TRI with me in May, but an ankle sprain on a training run put her on the sidelines for that one. I think watching the event only made her want to get out and TRI even more.

She's nervous, but from what I've seen in her bike and running races, she's gonna kick butt.
