Having not participated in this event (or any event for that matter) I decided to scope out the bike leg this morning. here is my description. I am assuming this is the correct order but if not the Seavy will be a long climb.
The map is here:

Out of transition - there are speed bumps - Â up short but somewhat steep hill.
Right on Water street - down slight decline to Main (left)
Up small hill - cross RT 31 head west on Main through residential area to Van Nortwick (right)
AÂ few blocks on Van Nortwick to Wilson (left) (FLAT)
Wilson past High school across Randall road to Deerpath ( left) (FLAT)
Deerpath to Main (right) (DECLINE)
Main to Bliss - a long straight shot - Incline at beginning turning rolling hills (left)
Bliss to Seavy - Bliss is small rolling hills but straight (left)
Seavy to Deerpath/Nelson Lake - Seavy starts out downhill and is mostly a DECLINE. On the map where it shown that it curves right there seems to be a small wash - lots of gravel in the road - whether or not it is like that come June I don't know. As i plan to train on this course when it gets a bit warmer I'll update this. Else if it seems to be a pattern; I may just get the pushbroom out the day before and clean it up. The reason i mention it is because this turn occurs on a downhill and if you are carrying some speed it could be ugly. Especially if there is oncoming traffic... (LEFT)
Deerpath (turns into Nelson Lake) to Main This section is the most rolling up and down but it is not long section... up at end to Main (RIGHT)
Decline to Deerpath (left) up hill to Wilson (RIGHT)
Wilson to Van Nortwick (RIGHT) - this section is straight and flat
Van Nortwick to Main (left) - 2-3 blocks flatÂ
Main to Water (right) - decline into tight right turn - swing too wide and you'll be in oncoming traffic.
Water to Union (left) down steep hill sweeping right to T2.
I plan on riding this a few times before the race. if anyone wants to do a group thing PM me.
