Comments: beach start.crowded first buoy turn.stayed in same position thru swim.finished good What would you do differently?: maybe push a little harder Transition 1
Bike
Comments: started off first 2 x laps good passing some riders then faded on the last lap and they got past me. locked up rear tyre on first u - turn.nearly lost control. also 1 guy nearly pushed me into marker cones.pissed me off. What would you do differently?: possibly pushing too hard too early. pace better Transition 2
Comments: nearly racked bike at another position as he had same shoes.spotted mine 3 bikes away.no problem thou. Run
Comments: although i was tired after bike i recovered quick and headed out on the run.legs still feeling heavy but pushed thru it. happy with less than 5min/km even thou it felt slow and about 6 guys passed me What would you do differently?: run more Post race
