Subject: Need HR help... I'm lost So, I'm just starting to pay attention to my hr. I have a new 305 and I'm trying to figure out my zones. I'm 36 years young, female, and my resting hr is 58 avg. When I run I avg around 165 but max at 179. Is that too high for a long run??? I'm so lost with all these numbers, it's not making a lot of sense to me. I really want to see improvement this year, especially in my run. HELP! |
