Subject: Common gels & bars in nutrition logs & fluid intake tracking

Just starting today on using the Nutrition tracking and have Questions: 

  1. Are "Common" gels and bars in nutrition logs anywhere or do I have to invent what I use? For now I'm looking for E-gels and types of Power Bars
  2. Is there any fluid intake tracking? Water, Gatorade, Endurox R4, Perpetum, etc

I will do some searching later too to learn what I can about this awesome BT feature!

Sometime this year we plan to do a simple mod to allow public access of 'recipes' and 'custom foods'...maybe sooner than later...

As far as fluid intake, you can track water...OR create a 'custom recipe' of your various drinks with or without water...all you have to do is do it once....Or even do it by the 'dry scoop' by entering all of the nutrients...
