Subject: SundayIt's Sunday (really! ) and so I did a run - a recovery run sort-of. 6.5 miles (meant to go 8 but it was very cold & I was feeling a bit weak so I cut it short. ) I have an 18 miler scheduled for Wednesday so I will take off Tuesday and do a weight workout in Monday (unless I feel very ambitious...! )
