Subject: RE: weight gain Ah, the old "Calories In-Calories Expended=Weight Gained" argument. There are some here that contend that if you were female, or African-American, or muscular, or believe that 2+2 doesn't always equal 4, then you wouldn't have this problem.
Evelyn gives good advice. The only way to gain weight is to consume more calories than you expend. Did you have the weight (fat ) to lose, or are you losing muscle as well? |
