Feeling good about my gains over the entire challenge.  I have 2 weeks left on this challenge, and feel good about ending and changing focus to  Tri training for the spring/summer.

...then I went into a two week 'no weights' for the sprint tri I did last week...although the second to the last week I COULD have done some weights...

I'm starting back up again and unsure on how to change the weights to more tri-specific...well, I know what to do but stubborn enough to do mass stuff.
