tough run, but fastest 10K time ever :)
What would you do differently?:

would have ran w/ the race belt before today...a little difficult to figure out, but once I figured out to put it around my hips, it stayed put.

should have done more, I'm a little sore 24 hours later

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the bridge, my innate slowness

Event comments:

Iron Girl is one of my favorite races, can't wait to do it next year for the 4th time. I think I would have liked an earlier start. 8am in Florida is warm, even in April.
