Subject: RE: first tri coming up...man question help? I went with tri shorts (from TriSports.com - use the begtri coupon code! ) for all three legs, and a running singlet for the bike and run. No problems during either transition. I'm looking to get a one piece tri suit for next year's races, but the shorts were only ~$42. Most of my biking (commuting ) is done without bike shorts, so having that pad was wonderful for the ride!
You could wear a swimsuit and change into bike shorts, but I'd hate to have to run across the transition point to a changing room or portapotty and then try to find my bike again. |
