Subject: lake anna, va tri's
Anyone doing the Kinetic tri's this month? If you're in the area there is an
open water practice swim at the race site April 14th. It is set up by a local
coach and will have lifeguards. PM me if you want more info. Bring your bike
and Brick it on the racecourse.

Yeah, my friend Mark just emailed me about this practice on the 14th. If I can get my wetsuit rented out, I might just see you out there. donpett, I see you amongst a bunch of us, (13 now) have registered for this. Should be a good season opener to get ready for the big one's this summer.

There's almost no excuse not to go!
I woner why aren't there more Tri's that start in the evenings? I'd much prefer a race that starts around noon. Three-four hours to race, another hour for straglers, awards at 5 o'clock or 6. That's more my style, but maybe that's just me.
