White Rock Triathalon (1/2 iron man) Subic, Philippines

Hi,

I am busy training for my first ever triathalon: a half iron man event. I am an Aussie living in Philippines. It is quite daunting and exciting all at the same time. And it is amazing how my body is changing.

Anyone in any close country who might like to consider a trip to Philippines. Or tell your friends about it. Adventure sports and Triathalon are in early days here and I really want to help support the organiser so that we get to have this sort of event every year.

I know the organiser personally and he has my 100% support. Also the comment I get from most people about him is "He runs a safe and fun race".

White Rock Beach Resort, Extreme Multi-Sports Group Inc, Team Tri/Pursuits Inc. and the Province of Zambales invite you to the premiere half-ironman distance triathlon race of 2004.

Event Details
Date: October 9, 2004
Distance: Swim 2km, Bike 90km, Run: 21km
Race Cut-Off Times: Swim: 1.5 hrs, Bike: 5.5 hrs, Run: 8 hrs after start of the race.

Entry Fees:
Individual: Php3750 .
Relay: Php4000 for a team of 2-3 persons.
Registration Cutoff: Sept 25, 04
