new member to the BT community

So I talked one of my friends in to joining us here at BT.  His username name is Yeshuafreak2007.  It would be awesome for everyone to welcome him here and encourage him as he gets started on his road to tri-ing.  His name is Mitch and we've been friends for something like 5-6 years now.  Anyway, Mitch, welcome and we'll be with you every step of the way!
