Got up ate , got togethe ran dwent to race! Same old, same old.

Event warmup:

Rode my bike for about 10 minutes, athen ran for about ten minutes. I felt really really good.

I didn't feel my feet for 20 minutes. It was like running on huge blocks of ice. I literally felt like my feet would break. .I cramped hard in my quads miles 3 and 4.
What would you do differently?:

Eat more.

Bonking. That an dthe torrential downpour coupled with the typhoon that was rolling through the area. Dorothy and Toto swept right past me.
