I would just like to welcome all the new people to this site. If you have been lurking for a while I am sure that you realize that this is an online community where we encourage each other and have adult discussion. Unfortunately there has been a new person on the site who's main purpose it seems is to make rude comments to members on this site. I urge you to ignore this person and enjoy this site for the great content and nice people you will meet. Personally this site has helped me out tremendously in keeping motivated and getting new tips. Good luck on your training.
