My swim time was about 20-30 seconds slower then what I was shooting for. I expected this due to the car accident and my shoulder and left leg being injured. But it was fun regardless.

Never really have a chance to practice my transitions so I think I did fairly well with this I could have been much quicker though.

I need to practice biking outside more and with wind because I never really realized how much of a painw ind can really be ugh...This part was 3-5 minutes slower then what I was shooting for.

Not much I did this about as quick as I could, it was a long transition area. But I did forget a race belt so I used a shoe string =) worked out well.

I was looking forward to the run this is where I will alays dot eh best I have a feeling. I was about 2 minutes slower then what I wanted here.
What would you do differently?:

I was almost satisfied with my run so not to much except maybe drink more water my mouth was getting to dry.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I knew I would not be able to perform the way I wanted to because of the car accident but I went ahead and did it anyway. I had a ton of fun and I can not wait until my next triathlon because I loved it.

Course: Was an interesting swim course because it was all done in a pool. We started at one end, went down back in one lane then crossed under the lane dividers to the next lane went down back and over and over.

Course: Was a fairly simple course but one thing I really wa snto ready for the was total of about 4.8 miles straight into the wind with two decent long hills going into the wind. This made the last quarter of the race interesting haha.

Course: Lots of sharp almost u-turns, it was in a nice park btu two miles of lots of sharp turns it rough. You can not really get any speed going having to slow down ver 40 feet.

Great job!  Those are very good transition times for a first triathlon.  Nice job throuhgout on a race you weren't "ready" for due to the car accident a short time ago.

Great job!!!  Very good time especially after an accident.  You didn't mention the heat.  Your run was awesome with the temps in the 80s.  With the turns and heat you easily could have dropped another 2 mins.
