Run
Comments: Good run - tried to take it a little slower than usual. I knew I'd burn out simply because I haven't been training. I hit the wall at about 2.25 miles and just cruised back on slo-mo. I didn't stop running though. What would you do differently?: Train... Post race
Warm down: Stretch What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of training Event comments: The course was horribly marked and it kept coming back to the finish line area and then veering away again, giving a sense of false completion. Other than that, the race was pretty good. Lots of people and it seemed like a good after-race get together, although I had to take off right away. Hey, first race I didn't DFL my age group! :) Last updated: 2007-03-24 12:00 AM
