Comments: very very happy with my run, the hills slowed me down a little, but I felt great and strong. Biking in KY as definitely helped. I tried to run real fast down the hills and the flats and I think it paid off. What would you do differently?: nothing Post race
Warm down: met Jim and the kids and walked back to KY over Purple People Bridge. Walking helps. Event comments: This has been the third time I've run the half pig, each time getting faster, so that's good. I like this course, a bit hilly but thats ok Last updated: 2006-11-12 12:00 AM
