Comments: I just did this to get back into the swing of things. The hill segments got my HR up and I fatigue easily still. Overall I ran nice pleasant pace as if this were a nice tempo run minus. Pretty good considering the jogstroller, for me. What would you do differently?: Not much, this was a D race.  Post race
Warm down: Walked around the finish and cheered people on. What limited your ability to perform faster: Meh. I'm not going to sweat this one. Event comments: This was a small race put on by the medical students from MCG. They had folks calling out the pace at each mile and the course was well marked. It was afun little race. I woke up at 6AM and made Nicholas and I breakfast. I had a bagel and peanut butter. Nick had a granola bar.
I jogged for 4-5 minutes with the jogstroller. I talked with some of my Augusta friends as well.
